You can request to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
📌 Steps:
- Send your deletion request to the following email address:
- support@souqonline.com
- Please include the following details in your email:
- The email address registered in the application.
- The phone number linked to your account (if any).
- A clear confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account.
🗑️ What will be deleted:
- Personal account data (Name, Email, Phone number).
- All your published advertisements on the platform.
- In-app conversations and message history.
- Your profile picture (if any).
🔒 Data retained for a limited time:
- Security and payment logs (if any) are safely retained for 30 days for verification and anti-fraud purposes only.
⚠️ Important Notes:
• Once deletion is fully processed, your data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
• You are welcome to register again at any time using a new email address.
